Hoi An is a beautiful city that sits on the Thu Bon River. We were lucky enough to enjoy time there in early January 2018. It’s a city steeped in history, beautiful architecture and walking streets you can joyfully get lost in. It is also home to some great restaurants – more on those later. It is slow paced, laid back and has fantastic street food and delicious Vietnamese coffee shops to linger in. Hire a bike, use your foot power or try out the cyclos for a scenic tour of old town. If you ever get the chance, visit. It will be worth the effort
